Reviews
What customers say
Several customers praise the quick service. One customer was helped with a running-car lockout within 10 minutes, while another had key blanks cut in five. One customer, however, says ordering and programming a key was expected to take two weeks, heard nothing for over a month, then was told the shop could not program it and was left waiting for a refund.

I've been going to Brooks's Huntsville location for years, stopped in at the Decatur location for the first time and as always they provided five-star service! Just needed a couple blanks cut and they had me out of there in 5 minutes. Thank you as always!

I've used Brooks Lock & Key for at least 25 years and the service has always been top-notch and quick. I absolutely recommend them to anyone need lock service.

Terrible service. I was told it would take two weeks to get my key ordered and programmed so after I didn’t hear from them in over a month, I called and had to remind them who I was because apparently he had no intention of solving my issue from jump. The guy was rude and talked like I was doing him a favor and after waiting for his “guy” to call me to set up a time to program my key because the smart ass couldn’t do it or didn’t want to, I decide to give them a call two weeks later and I’m told oh yeah we can’t program it. So now I’m waiting on a refund to come in the mail. No telling how long that’ll take. I will update if my review is not removed. If you don’t look like him and you have an option, I’d advise you to take it!!!
