Worked with Decatur Lockmaster twice for our business. Both times there was great communication, and prompt service. Our tech for both occasions was Garth and he did a great job helping us re-key different doors of our business. Price was very reasonable, would definitely recommend!
Ordered a replacement key fob and emergency key. Fob was programmed incorrectly to driver 2. Technician did not know how to cut the emergency key so I returned later to have this key cut. The technician messed the key up and had to reorder a (second) new key. I returned (3rd time) and technician tried to cut the key and damaged it as well. He would not help reprogram the fob to driver 1 as well. So I was told they would order a 3rd emergency key and would call me. They did not. I live over hour away, guess I’ll cut my losses.
I went to have my new key fob programmed and they were very thorough and swift and precise! They were friendly..I would really recommend them for your lock needs
