My key doesn’t work. I’m thinking it was poorly cut, but I can’t help but feel disappointed when this was an $11 expense that I can’t really keep doing over and over if the product just isn’t going to work. Hopefully this can be resolved.

I used the KeyMe machine and the copy of the key came out perfect….. and pretty!! My original key broke off in my house front door when I got off of work at midnight. I would have no time the following morning to run to get another key made. That’s when I remembered there was one of these machines at a 24 hour grocery store near me. Talk about convenience!! Thank you!!
