They were actually amazing. It was a terrible day & stress was so high for us. The guy that came out to help us was super polite. He explained the process & gave us our options and began working super fast. The whole process was so much more simple than we had expected. Would 100% use again.

Last time I ever use one of your kiosks. Over priced and does not accept cash. Today, once I finally got to try the key out it barely worked. Had to use sandpaper to smooth the key out

Probably my fault. Tried to have keys made for a personal lockbox. The machine seemed to recognize the key and I had 3 cut. Needless to say didn't work. Only cut one side and won't fit in the lock. Didn't find any warnings on the machine. I may have missed something.

Made keys fine but I didn’t get a receipt. Thought it was a little expensive and I bought the cheapest key you could. I had 4 keys made and it was just over $15. Miss the old hardware stores!
