Reviews show mixed experiences. Several customers praise the kiosk’s ease of use and accurate mail-delivered keys. Others report difficulty locating a staffed storefront and cite unclear or higher-than-expected prices from dispatched locksmiths. Communication and transparency about location and on-site services are recurring themes.
I drove to the location shown on Google Maps and couldn’t find it. I called them and found out that they’re actually is no physical location. This needs to be removed from Google maps.
GO ANYWHERE ELSE. These guys will tell you it’s $40 to drive over to you and from there give you an estimate of how much they can take from you. When they arrive they’ll hurry as fast as they can to do the job regardless of the lock. They damaged my car with the airbags they used, and still demanded $180. They are a cheap excuse for a locksmith, looks like they spent $30 on their equipment, and for a job that took less than 5 minutes it’s a complete joke that they try to charge what they do. This whole business is a scam, I hope they get shut down soon. Shame on you guys for charging such stupidly unfair prices and for the obvious price manipulation you try to pull off on honest people. Wish I could 0 star this and review and send it to the irs as well.
Locked keys in car, called these guys and they had someone call us. He was super unclear on phone and when he arrived wanted to charge us 30$ just for driving over and then another 185 to unlock the car. We said no and haggle the price down a lot to 109 and paid but it was still was still way expensive. Called another guy afterwards who was further away and he said he charges 60$ don't trust these guys they will try to scam you.
The kiosk was super easy to use and the key actually arrived in my mailbox yesterday (about a week later) and works! And I think it was cheaper than getting a new key made at the dealership. Really happy about this!
Needed a hard to find key size. Easy to scan the key at the kiosk. They sent me a tracking number. Keys arrived on time and they work, which is more than I can say for the first attempt using a big box store. Thank you so much for making a much needed service!
