not great. technician did a decent job rekeying, but rendered the electronic lock non-functional and didnt say anything, also replaced a deadbolt for a door and didnt inform us that the deadbolt didnt line up and couldnt be locked, he just left.I dont think the latter was his fault, but i do expect when paying several hundred dollars on a locksmith that they either leave me with lockable doors or at least tell me when and why they cant be.*Edit*This review received a response from the owner of the business for some reason accusing me of lying instead of trying to obtain any resolution or clarity. It's not like I even asked them to fix it, I wouldn't dare let them touch my home again.They re-keyed multiple locks, and replaced one deadbolt, charged me more than quoted apparently due to miscommunication with my significant other, left two of my doors non-lockable, didn't tell me, and then publicly said in response to my review I am lying about how poorly they performed the work they charged $580 for (about twice what we expected).Even if they had communicated this problem as they claim (which they did not), I STILL would have had two broken locks and been charged for the privilege. Decide for yourselves, review readers, if that is the kind of business you want to trust with the security of your home.If I could modify this review to have even fewer stars I would.
BLEW OFF MY APPOINTMENT and then tried to lie about it. I have a voicemail from their rep apologizing that the technician didn't show up. Unbelievable. Find a better locksmith - you'll get the most authentic reviews on Nextdoor (not Angi or Yelp).
Spoke with "customer service rep " said there is an issue with the door, broken FRAME door! She the Schedule appointment...Will say very fast. Less than 30 minutes. Tech came out 30 mins to an hour... very nice and patient. Saw the issue and stated we don't fix frames, just locks. Cost $95 for a trip charge to look and say no we don't do that.Website says they FIX doors. Confirm what they can and cannot do befor scheduling. It's being recorded, the phone line.The technician was nice...$95 dollars later.The drama that started all this...not their fault. Not fixed. But be clear on Website what you can and cannot fix. We paid the money of course as retired veterans we are tried.We didn't want to waste the tech time. He was very nice.
