Don Hill's lock and Safe were so fantastic! The gentleman who helped me was named Paul. He was so efficient, skilled, kind, and respectful. What a wonderful experience! I will save them in my contacts for the future. I can not recommend them highly enough; especially Paul!
If I could give 10 stars, I would. Honest, transparent, and a true craftsman. Polite, straightforward, and did an incredible job. Extremely responsive, showed up when he said he would, and pricing was fair with no surprises. It’s rare to find this level of professionalism. Highly recommend!
I had left the key to unlock my camera case back home. Brought over and they unlocked it in less than 2 minutes. They were incredibly friendly and didn’t even charge us! Highly recommend
The stars say it all. I found this place to get two truck keys cut and the second picture in the gallery is what I saw when I walked in. A nice front counter with a workbench behind it with a gentleman sitting at it doing work. I was greeted by another gentleman on what was needed, I gave him my keys and said I called earlier and to see if they could be cut. He took them back to the gentleman who was working, when he did I went to TRY and take a seat to wait patiently not really knowing how long he'd take. Before I could even sit my back against the chair the gentleman who took my keys called me back to the counter for the price, $15 for two keys. I said cool, took maybe 15 sec to pay. Went back to the chair to TRY and sit down again and before my butt could touch the cushion that same gentleman called me back. I walked up to the counter and he laid all three keys on the counter, my original and the two cut ones and told me thank you.I say all that to say that this place was GREAT, extremely fast, and efficient to the point that the amount of time it may take for you to read the story above that's how long I was in that shop lol. The keys have been working GREAT as if they were the originals and they were very respectable.This is a great place with great quality work.
