Extreme rip-off! Asked for a deadbolt re-keyed. Couldn't provide estimate until service tech sized up the job. I was quoted the elite package like I was on "Better Call Saul" $680. Insisted all I wanted was a basic re-key, so "down" to $400. Finally convinced them it was best they just leave, so had to pay $166 for the service call. An excellent scam to run by not giving an approximate estimate, quoting an outrageous amount, and then leaving with $166 for doing nothing. Guess we know how they pay for that advertising.

Came to our place and helped with dead bolt which turned out to be positive. We enquired about weather stripper on our back door and garage door. They wanted 750.00. Be careful with this company as they are also connected to other companies.
Absolutely amazing service!My vehicle key broke and getting a new one was a bit difficult as my vehicle is a bit older, but he did everything he could to make sure I got a new key at a way better price than anywhere else!Way cheaper and faster than going through a dealership and was also able to give me a coupon for a cheaper price.Jeremy is super kind and informative!
