Absolute robbery. When you call they tell you its $49.50 to come, then when the lock smith gets to you says its an additional, $225.00 for the service. So $275.00 in total! Then he says I can get you $25.00 off to leave a good review. So you get cheated to leave a good review for this scam. The lock Smith himself was very nice and got into the truck no problem but I DO NOT recommend this company, NOT a chance. Do not use. Under no circumstances should it cost almost $300.00 for this. AND FOR THEM TO TELL YOU ITS $49.50.
Really nice guy who provided excellent service. He helped me replace my car key quickly and at a really cheap price. Honest, helpful, and professional.
Did not do the job of a locksmith.Pried door handle off with a screwdriver damaging the door. Did not leave old handle. This is the job of a thief not a locksmith. Did no unlocking of door just replaced handle. The person that called was house sitting and they did no confirmation that the person lived there, he was supposed to be gone long before. This company effectively helped someone break into our house when the person that called was not supposed to be there. Ridiculous this company would help break into just anyone’s house without confirming they live there.Hoping manager will call us back to arrange return of the old handle.
Worst and most unprofessional company ever!!!!!!I was quoted an arrival time of 25 minutes; however, the locksmith arrived over one hour later with no adequate communication. The locksmith was unable to open the door using standard methods and instead used force and caused damage to my door.I was initially quoted $49 and was told that the total price will be fair enough but was later charged $149. I didn’t agree with the price and had to call the company for complaints . Later, I had to call back the company to dispute the service and provided the requested photographic evidence, the company ceased communication and blocked my phone number. If this matter is not resolved, I will proceed with formal complaints and further action
Key service was overall fine but noticed my speedometer not working correctly immediately afterwards. Upon taking it to a proper mechanic they found that my Omega technician had mutilated my cluster pin and cluster board by using poor technique to access my cluster to code the new key. This resulted in hundreds of dollars of repairs Omega has been unwilling to help with after I paid for a $650 service. The key fob has also stopped working after only a couple months. Overall very poor service.REPLY: Hi Omega,?I understand you disagree with my assessment, but this review reflects my direct experience. The speedometer issue occurred immediately following your service, which prompted me to have the vehicle inspected by a qualified mechanic. Their findings indicated physical damage to the cluster pin and cluster board consistent with improper access during key programming. While I understand you dispute this, the issue did not exist prior to your service, and the repairs required afterward were both extensive and costly. I did communicate with your company after the fact, but no resolution or willingness to assist was offered. This review is not intended as an accusation, but as an honest account of what occurred from my perspective. Ultimately, my goal is to share my experience so others can make an informed decision.
