Been using this company for years for our facility. The customer service is amazing and extremely helpful and fast to respond. We had an issue with one of our locks and they were able to send out a technician on the same day. Truly amazing service and I highly recommend to everyone, especially if you have a facility with many keys.

We are a preschool who uses pin pad key locks for security. Doug came out to assist us in setting up our outdoor pin locks and fixing our indoor pin pad that was poorly installed by another company. Doug was so nice and professional. He set everything up quickly and correctly! We had the best experience with him! When it came time to change our code for the new year he even walked me through the process on the phone and was very patient with me as I am not very technical! Chris was also so nice in helping schedule us with Doug. We would recommend this company and Doug to anyone needing this service!

It has been a tremendous experience working with Chris, Doug and Joel!! They are kind, professional and extremely competent. We had changing conditions over several days and they made a difficult situation much more bearable with their positive nature, flexibility and "can do" attitude. They truly go "above and beyond" and we highly recommend them!!
