Their technician made no efforts to find our building, and then proceeded to ignore our calls. We contacted their office to request their locksmith to contact us back. Their office made no attempts to do so, despite saying they would.Do not recommend.

Called and was connected with technician immediately. Technician arrived within 20 minutes of initial call. Nice, professional young man arrived and opened door within a few minutes. Very satisfied
I am so disgusted. I was quoted 60-120.00. When they arrived they said they would have to drill which I then asked how much. He wouldn’t answer me. I asked several times and finally said 100. So I figured I would be closer to the 120. The bill came to 535!!!!! I said there is absolutely no way. He then said he would call his boss and came back with 250. I do not agree with this charge and feel completely taken advantage of. I did pay as I was starting to feel very uncomfortable. I was also charged a 25 card fee! If I would have known this, I would have gotten cash. I’m getting BBB and possibly my bank involved as this is not ok! Do not use this company!
It was a very fast and pleasurable experience. It was all done within about 20 minutes. The longest part of waiting was for the chip code.
