I made an appointment wtih Ed Maffey to look at a newly built store that needed security and cameras. We had an appointment, but 30 minutes past due he calls me to say that he's "giving up" because he can't find parking. Yes, it's a dense area, and we even talked about options to find parking and PARKING GARAGES within a block of my location.So despite thousands of contractors of all types making it to this area to build, Ed can't figure it out, leaves me waiting a half hour and then bails on me?!?How can you service customers when you can't even figure out how to park a car? Unprofessional to say the least. And by the way, I tried calling 3 times but their phone system is as bad as their service.
Your technician 0n 8/11/25 was very courteous, efficient, and prompt in his work.He says all repairs are made-but so did the two technicians who came on prior occasions, and the problem wasn't solved.During the scheduling of your technicians three times for this one problem, there were two additional occasions that a technician was scheduled, but no one showed up.
Best business ever. It does not matter if you call or go in the store they are all curious and hear your needs. Jose at the front counter is amazing in his knowledge and expertise. The many all in one stores can't compete with Maffey's!!!
Great brick and mortar for all things keys and locks. Ordered some blanks off of Amazon for an older car and they copied my original key for $2 and change per copy. It's the little things like sanding off the edges so the key glides right in are how you know this place knows damn well what they're doing. You can't get that from a self-service kiosk.
Went to three different locksmith before ending up here.They all couldn't duplicate a tubular key either because they didn't have the machine for it or didn't have the same size key.Almost gave up and was planning to just change the entire lock. I was told by one of the other locksmith to try Maffey as he believes they might have the machine and key sizes to duplicate. I passed by them and voila...! They duplicated the key for me within 2min and only cost $6.00.Staff were friendly and welcoming.Thanks guys, made my day.
