I borrowed a car from a family member s as I vehicle was in the shop. The key fab battery needed replacing and I broke the key fab while trying to open it up. I called Busy Bees and headed right over. Becca was so helpful and found the exact parts that I needed. I always like to reach out and promote small businesses. That’s how this country started. Let’s keep it going! I definitely recommend Busy Bees.

I had two really great experiences here and truly appreciated the way they handled everything. What I thought might turn into a bigger and more expensive key fob and door lock situation, ended up being handled quickly and professionally. More than anything, I was grateful for their honesty. Becca and Nico's kindness clearly shows they prioritize customer integrity over simply making a profit. That kind of approach is rare these days. On both occasions, I left feeling genuinely taken care of and would absolutely recommend them. Please go and give Busy Bees your business. You won't regret it!

Very satisfied. Lost my keys to my car. Walked into a Busy Bees location close to home and they had a mobile tech at my house 2 hours later. An hour later I had 2 key fobs made. Ready to hit the wind in my car now. Thanks Busy Bees!!! Kyle was the tech. He's was great!!!

We needed to have all doors to our house rekeyed. I requested this service through the contact form on their website at 4:45pm on a Thursday afternoon, and got a response 10 minutes later via email, like I had requested. It was very easy to schedule, and Jacob came over the next morning. He was super friendly, was willing (and able) to answer all of my questions, and even fixed an issue with a deadbolt for us. When he was done, he asked me to test all keys on all locks to make sure everything was working as expected. I loved that! Perfect service, and will not hesitate to use to them again.
