We needed to have all doors to our house rekeyed. I requested this service through the contact form on their website at 4:45pm on a Thursday afternoon, and got a response 10 minutes later via email, like I had requested. It was very easy to schedule, and Jacob came over the next morning. He was super friendly, was willing (and able) to answer all of my questions, and even fixed an issue with a deadbolt for us. When he was done, he asked me to test all keys on all locks to make sure everything was working as expected. I loved that! Perfect service, and will not hesitate to use to them again.
