Barry was extremely helpful & quick in putting a new immobilizer chip into my remote car key. Emerald City has the fairest prices I’ve seen for these kinds of services, and is my new go-to locksmith in town!
I had a wonderful experience at Emerald City Locksmith. I came in with a 2012 Mazda 3 key fob that was in shambles, and they helped me get a brand new transmitter key at a very affordable price. The gentleman (I believe his name was Barry) who assisted me was incredibly kind and even surprised me by putting my old key back together! Now I have a spare! I’m so happy with their service; highly, highly recommend!!! ????????
Have had them do several keys and locks for me, and they are fast, and very friendly. Great service every time. Thank you !!! Will recommend to anyone needing lock or key work.
I've been coming here for the 6 years I've lived here and It's such a great small local business. They're very smart in their craft, friendly, and I enjoy looking at all the lock related stuff inside. If its key/lock related I'd bet they can do it. Great place!
Mom broke her car key in the ignition while she was at work. By the time I got to her it was 5pm, these guys are open an hour later than most other shops. They manually copy keys on grinders, the key snapped right at the teeth and was even the slightest twisted. Instead of just trying to glue it and send me on my way Barry took his time and made a copy triple checking before finalizing. They even let me know the previous key maker used a Ford style key for the Nissan. It worked perfectly!!! I'm going to be stealing my mom's key to make a few copies with them on my day off. If you can I definitely recommend them! I live in Thurston area and will go out of my way to do service with them in the future for sure!
