I need to have some commercial deadbolts rekeyed and keys made and he came out the same day, exactly when he estimated, understood exactly what I needed and got to work quickly. The price was good and disclosed upfront, he is kind and efficient and theo whole experience was great! Thanks!!
Chris was excellent to work with and did a fantastic job. he was able to repair my broken car door lock (someone tried to break into my car and jammed the lock) without having to order expensive replacement parts. would highly recommend this store to anyone in need of an expert locksmith. Note their new location address as they are no longer located within the South Everett Fred Meyer - they're now on Everett Mall Pkwy
Don’t know about the review below because they do tell the price before it’s done, doesn’t make sense why they wouldn’t lmao. But the owner seems very punctual and straight forward, definitely making this my main key man!!
Won't tell you the price over the phone. Don't tell you the price until the key has been cut and programmed and you find out it's $30 more than what others charge. I Probably could've argued or pushed for a price but I shouldn't have to. That should be up front. Generally an awful way to run a business. Go somewhere else with your money that actually respects you enough to communicate.
Super happy with the service. Showed up and diagnosed the problem with my truck right away. Straight forward and fair price. Would 100% recommend!
