My truck locked me out with keys in the ignition and engine running, found Larson's online so called even though it was after their normal hours of operation, they answered and came to help me anyway. Gentleman took no more than a minute to open my truck, absolutely recommend.
They get work done quick and go above and beyond to make sure whatever lock or key they are getting fixed or made works correctly. I appreciate the attention to detail with their staff.
Great experience! Service was terrific and pricing very fair.
Reading these reviews, I'm wondering who snuck into the building and worked because the employees were comically incompetent and rude. A group of drunkards who stumbled in would have been more skilled lol. I took an old car trunk lock so that they could decode it and cut a new mechanical key. 27 hours later and 3 hours spent on it with nothing to show for it. Well, not nothing. They absolutely buggered the pins inside the lock and cut the housing "to make it easier". Any monkey with a decoder like AccuReader or Lishi could have done it in a couple of minutes. When I got frustrated and annoyed with amateur hour, one of them attempted to be intimidating (LMAO) by leaning in and glaring at me and another calling me a pissy customer. Ah yes, that deescalated the situation and was a professional response haha. I took it home, picked it in 30 seconds, and decoded it in a matter of minutes.I don't mean to be rude to the other reviewers but people deserve better than Larson's. A pat on the back for a key duplication that worked? That is the bare minimum, we can get the same from a kiosk for cheaper. I agree with supporting small businesses but sometimes, they're worse in every way possible and Larson's is an example of that.
This business is great. I was in desperate need of a key to unlock my seat and panniers on my 2023 BMW F850GS motorcycle and they were able to come up with a solution that worked perfectly. Way cheaper and no waiting as would happen if I had to get it from the motorcycle dealership.
