I love this kiosk and have used it before with no problem. The keyI copied normally opens both the deadbolt and the doorknob lock. The copies only open the deadbolt. This is to our front door and we keep both locks locked. Thank you for your response. I will still continue to use this service. Something obviously went wrong this time only.
