Fantastic service! Joshua, Melissa & Kristin helped me duplicate a cabin boat key with only a picture I texted them! They ordered the key, made it & mailed it to me! Their prompt communication & knowledge was "KEY" as I had visited two other businesses that were unable to make a new key for me - and I don't even live in Fayetteville. I highly recommend them for their in depth knowledge, friendly communication & quick turn around!
Called, yes during bad weather but did not expect them to come during that. They said they would get back with me and 3 days later when I called again, they acted as if I never called. I can share the communication info if necessary. I called again today and was told they would call me back within a couple of hours…4 hours that I get thisOh I am sorry you called and canceled as there was never anything scheduled.Their response … my information was to call as quickly as possible but I believe the persons name was Melissa, so please don’t put this experience off on a potential customer that unfortunately didn’t happen. ALL IT INVOLVED WAS COMMUNICATION NOT URGENCY. Best of luck.
With 1 phone call, Michael showed up at our church with all of the parts needed to fix our doors. He even got there before I did! He was very professional and patient and took the time to perfectly adjust the new locking bolts he installed. I would highly recommend their service!
The guy was very polite and kind. He arrived quickly and got me in my car quickly. The price was very good- lower than I expected it to be. Very good service, and I will use them again if I’m ever locked out of my car again.
