They told me they could perform the service. I waited 4 hours and called the technician back to see if they could give me a timeframe of when they could be here but I got no answer. Waited another hour and called a second time but no answer. I ended up calling the main line and they told me they would have the technician give me a call back. The technician never called me back. Finally, 8.5 hours after the initial call to set up the service, I received a call from the main line saying the technician was on their way. By that time, I moved on and scheduled service with another company. Took off a whole day of work to resolve this problem for there to be little communication from this company on when they could come out. Began to think they ghosted me. Communication is keyyyyy.
Larry saved my day. He was fast, communicative, and above all he was extremely nice! Good rates, great service and staff! Would definitely recommend this service to anyone with a lock issue!
Dylan was my guy that showed up on time. He communicated very well, and was very accommodating and efficient in getting me into my locked outside basement. Was able to make a couple keys for me as well, and assembled everything back together just the way it was. Friendly service too, good communication and skill. Highly recommend, even for out in the rural areas.
