They were willing to talk pricing on the phone, but despite multiple messages asking for a written quote, they never sent one.If a company can’t provide a basic written estimate after being asked several times, it makes it impossible to compare options or move forward with confidence. I’ll be going with a locksmith who can put their quote in writing.
