Reviews
What customers say
Several customers describe the key-copy process or location as convenient and easy. One customer says the keys worked perfectly; another says an unusual key was mailed and came back as an exact solid-brass copy, while a different customer says a key did not fit but the payment was refunded. A caller reports being refused a phone estimate, told the technician would estimate on site, and hung up on after declining.

GRIP SET
I called for an estimate, they refused to give one. In response to my questions, which were direct, I was given a run around answer. “The technician will give you that estimate on site.” I replied, no thank you, I’ll pass and they hung up on me. Rude as heck!
1 star for horrible customer service. Based on that phone call, I wouldn’t even use them if I was desperate.
