I called for an estimate, they refused to give one. In response to my questions, which were direct, I was given a run around answer. “The technician will give you that estimate on site.” I replied, no thank you, I’ll pass and they hung up on me. Rude as heck!1 star for horrible customer service. Based on that phone call, I wouldn’t even use them if I was desperate.
I realy liked the conveinence of the KeyMe being located where I shop for groceries.Only when I received my key it didn't fit. I made a call to you and with no problem you refunded my money. Thank you for being professional. I will use your KeyMe again when needed. Thanks again.
Surprisingly easy and good features. I used an unusual key so it had to be mailed to me. Really impressed with the results. I was expecting some cheap knock off key but I received an exact copy of my original right down to the Duplication Prohibited stamp and solid brass. I'll be adding to my saved keychain when I get the chance.
