95 dollar charge to just look for the problem which they say to you it’s included on the final price. For example if you had to pay 215 you would only owe 120 not 310. At the end they deny that they ever said this and they charge over the agreed price200 dollars serviceTheir manager that helped us was discourteous and unprofessionalIt was a terrible experience with this store. First off they did diagnose the issue by a so called manager who didn’t know how to explain the issue. He tried making us explain the issue to his co-worker even though we didn’t work their which is embarrassing. By the time it was to order the part to fix it he left the issue way worse ( half the part worked so it could be used but after he took the part out it was completely useless). After they made the issue worse they charged us 100 dollars more for their fault. They will fight you on this to the point of them threatening to take the the part off.Overall, I would suggest you look some where else before bringing your vehicle here they are disrespectful and non trustworthy their word mean nothing.
This place is horrible to rent a U-Haul from. When me and my brother went to pick up our U-Haul truck, the owner (or whoever helped us) was super cool and chill. Asked us if we need a dolly. Clearly expressed we didn’t need any kind of equipment. He acknowledged and went on with the transaction. Got the truck with an empty bed (as expected), did our move. Later got charged 80$ for missing equipment. Later found out it was for the dolly that he previously asked us if we needed. I admit I should’ve done my part and checked the receipt to see what he added to it, but I expected excellent customer service instead of some shady activity. Reported it to U-Haul and only got 15$ refunded. Horrible way for them to make money. Never renting from U-Haul again or this key dude.
Kevin gave me a good deal for replacing my Toyota key fob, he even threw in a free extra spare key, very nice of him. was very honest about my key replacement. And service was fast. I recommend anyone who’s looking for a key replacement in the inland empire area to contact them! Competitive and honest prices.
Thank you Vince, and the great team at The Key Man. You programmed my dad's remotes for his truck, and it has allowed me to give him something he has wanted for months. You all are awesome! Keep up the great work!
Great service I paid another company 800$ for a key for my Range Rover and this guy did it for 75% cheaper, I’ll be having him install GPS next on all my rental cars… job well done..
