Zach from 911 Lock and Key made a new key FOB for my 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I saw lots of great reviews online so decided to give the company a try. Seems like the reviews were correct…. Great service/work, knowledgeable, polite, and professional. He is the one who answered the phone when I called. We made an appointment for him to come to my home…he showed up 5 minutes early. Took less than 30 minutes to program the new FOB and cut the backup key. The buttons all work, and he told me if anything stops working to call him and he will come back to make it right. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family.
