I cannot recommend Paul enough. We were in an urgent lockout situation with our dogs inside, and he showed up quickly and ready to help without hesitation.
What truly stood out was his dedication. Our door mechanism was broken, which made the job much more complicated than a typical lockout. Paul spent a significant amount of time working in the rain, patiently troubleshooting and carefully working through the issue until he got us safely back inside.
He never rushed, never complained, and never took shortcuts. His professionalism, skill, and calm demeanor turned a very stressful moment into something manageable. You could tell he genuinely cared about doing the job right and protecting our property in the process.
