I can't enough good things about the service from Charlie's Security. This morning I started my work truck & happened to lock the keys inside after I ran back into the house. At 6:38am I called Charlie's and Howard immediately picked up the phone (on new years day!) and said "I'll be there in 30 minutes" and he was. Howard is an incredibly kind and professional human. Thank you!

To be honest, I went to Canadian Tire first but they are using an outdated machine, that cannot cut a 2 sided key (jeep key). I asked if they could just do one side, and then flip it over to do the other side. They couldn't.That's the difference between a cookie-cutter company, and a Professional Business.Charlie's does this type of work, for a living. This is how they pay their bills, buy Xmas gifts, out food on the table, etc. They take their business serious and aim to please their customers.So, I then went to Charlies, and in no time I was walking out with a new key..both sides...for less than $5.This was my first time going to Charlie's Security, but it will be the ONLY place I will go.The young lady at the desk was very professional, knowledgeable, polite, and quick with the service (Oct 16, 2025)Thank you.Amazing service. Awesome experience with these guys very knowledgeable and such a big help. Recommend 10/10. Helped me to get my truck going when nobody else could!! Good job gentlemen!!
He went above and beyond to make sure the keys he was making for my truck would work. I showed up with a very worn out key for him to reproduce, he made several trips back-and-forth to my truck making adjustments until he got it right. The price was a fraction of what you would pay at a dealership. Highly recommended!
