I just had the worst experience ever. I was trying to get my back locked door replaced. The technicians name was Nick. He quoted me $600 at first. I told him that was way too high. He didn’t went down the 300. I told him now I appreciate it, but I’m gonna go with somebody else. He asked me. How much are you willing to pay? I told him the other place for me 150 for both the deadbolt and the other lock, so we said he would match it I gave him the I purchased so he didn’t need to put on his own. He told me if I wanted to bottom it was cost $150. He’s charging me Home Depot and low charges. I told him I went and call Lowes and Home Depot and the top quote was $50. He then told me no ma’am I’ll take you to Home Depot and show you myself. It’s not fifth it’s 150After I took him an hour to get my door open, he refused to put the deadbolt on unless I paid him another $150 at that point he was kind of getting a little bit aggressive so I just paid him the 150 I asked him to pay my credit card. He told me it would cost me 190 if I wanted to pay on my credit card I told her I’m not giving him the 190. He told me I had to give the 150 now, I was intimidated so i paid 150. I told him that I will be contacting them. He said don’t bother. He left my house for the deadbolt, shredded, and my door knob broken he made me fill out the form and told me the sign, but I refuse to sign and then he got angry at me So now I’m left the broken door
I called Dr. Locksmith to install a door handle that did not have a lock. - Well now it does and works perfectly ! Michael did a fantastic job and was a very good person to meet. Highly recommended!
