Broke the lock never said they broke the lock allowed me to grab my keys and payment and play and when I could not get back into my house called the customer service said they would call me back took them 12 hours to call me back into the next day then refuse to work with me to fix my lock want me to pay a large sum of money to come back out refused to take any responsibility or apologize for any kind of inconvenience that may have happened they are not a real Locksmith Company they hire third parties so they do not have their own locksmiths and can take zero responsibility for what their locksmith do I highly recommend NOT using these people
On Thursday night I called for a locksmith to create me a key fob that I lost. First the technician tried programming the key fob and the car did not wanna crank at all the tech said it could be an electrical issues. I had a mechanic check out my electrical and my electrical was functioning correctly. I hired another company to come do the same job and that company got my car to crank on within 5 mins. MIND YOU I had paid $400 for this company to program a key fob that didn’t work and still charge me!! Customer service said they’ll reimburse me for $79…… that’s ridiculous! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCKSMITH SERVICE THEY WILL OVER CHARGE YOU AND GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND WHEN IT COME TO A REFUND!!
Cost $185 to unlock my car, took him maybe ten minutes tops to do it. Wasn’t even told how much the service would be until AFTER he was done.Had to call back twice to get an answer to see if anyone’s coming. Nice guy but damn that was overpriced
