Reviewers often highlight fast response and same-day help, especially for office and community door issues. Many mention courteous communication from the front desk through to the technician. Automotive and motorcycle key work is a recurring theme, with notes on precision cutting and reasonable turnaround times. Pricing is described as fair by several customers, with smooth, hassle-free service at the shop and on-site.

I have a 1999 Corvette, the only key I had was sketchy at best. I walked out of the place with a brand new key! Top notch in my book!

I would highly recommend Koons Locksmith for any services you may need. I had two vehicles that were part of my Uncle's estate. The keys were lost so I needed HELP in a quick and efficient way because I flew to Florida to specifically get these cars sold. From start to finish they were efficient, professional and went above and beyond to help me get done what I needed in a short time frame. Klein was professional and thorough in my initial inquiry of what I needed to do. Then the service technician, Winston, was more than helpful and went above and beyond (spent an hour and a half) trying his hardest to get the key fob for the '22 Ford Edge to work so that I could drive it to the dealership. Unfortunately we were not successful with the Ford but he did allow me to buy the key fob so the dealership I eventually dealt with was able just to program the fob once we got the battery replaced.

Bought a motorcycle recently that had a slightly bent key. Key still worked but wanted one I wouldn’t worry about. I bought an OEM Honda key blank online and brought it in. Initially, they did not want to cut the key because they have had issues with customers bringing in keys that were not actually OEM and the material could damage their machine. However, when they inspected my key blank and verified it was OEM, they cut it no problem. Got home, the key works. What I wish I would have known ahead of time was that they actually carry OEM keys in the shop, for a very cheap price. I paid $20 online for my blank, I could have gotten it at Koons for $8 or so. I will likely return to get another one and just get rid of the original one I have with the bend.

Our community’s front door lock handle broke on 27July2025 so I called Koons to have a technician come to repair. The receptionist was very nice and ready to assist, she asked what the need was and directed me to the repair shop. The man at the repair shop desk was also ready to assist and said that he would dispatch a tech later this afternoon. I was thinking negatively of course, but to my pleasant surprise with in an hour the tech was here and also ready to assist in the repair of the door. I believe the techs name was Felix, he was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient at the repair. He even had a new door handle on the truck! He explained the problem did the repair and checked his work to be sure all was correct!
Thank You for your company’s professionalism and commitment to to your customers.

We had an issue with our handle/lock on our office door and I called this morning (around 9am) and Jim, a service tech, showed up before 11 am today and had it fixed quickly! This is why we will never call anyone else! Quick, efficient, very reasonable pricing and hassle free to work with. Thank you Jim for all of your help today!
