Very poor customer service! I don't know what happened to this place! Nick was rude and unprofessional! I really don't know if he knows what he's doing! Didn't even care to resolve problem! Then there was Candice who basically laughed at me when I was trying to explain how rude Nick was. She also very unpleasant and unprofessional. Just kept saying, "There's nothing we can do...."
This place is ridiculous....don't waste your money or time!!

I had an excellent experience at The Keyless Shop, and Charles deserves special recognition.

I needed a key fob replacement for a 2018 Honda Civic, and Charles handled everything professionally and efficiently. He reprogrammed the new fob so the stolen key was completely disabled, which immediately solved the security concern. He also went above and beyond by providing a fully functional backup key at no extra charge—a level of service you don’t see often.

Charles was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, even taking time to help over the phone and explain the process clearly. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish.

If you’re looking for reliable key or fob service, The Keyless Shop—and especially Charles—comes highly recommended.
