I called for help with a lock in an emergency situation and they offered to send someone out quickly.An alternative key worked and unfortunately I did not need locksmith service.I called back and they graciously accepted to cancel the visit.I will definitely not hesitate to use their locksmith services if I ever needed them again.
H. Perron Locksmith did a great job of cutting accurate backup copies of an obscure key type for my son’s new electric bike. I was unable to obtain backup keys for this key type from either the bike’s manufacturer or from other sources that I tried, so I really appreciate H. Perron’s expertise and excellent customer support in providing these copies. I’m glad I won’t need to send my son back to his campus in a different state with the only available copy of this key!
