We love Safeway locks! We first learned about them when the lock in our new house suddenly stopped working early in the morning and we had to go off to work. We called, and they came right away so we could secure the house before leaving for our jobs. We have asked them to come back several times to change the locks in the house and perform maintenance, and they have ALWAYS been terrific and communicative. Highly recommend!

I was locked out of my house one evening and after frantically looking online for a locksmith I decided to call Safeway. I was surprised to find that I didn’t have to run through an obnoxious automated menu and was actually talking directly to the owner Bob on the phone. He responded to my call almost immedietly and If/when I find myself in this situation again I would not hesitate to call him.

Had an issue with exterior door lock - latch was stuck and door wouldn't open. Evan quoted on the phone and arrived in about 30 minutes. Not only did he get the latch off, he leveled the door and installed the new doorknob and made sure it worked smoothly and securely. Charged price as quoted and it was fair. He was professional and friendly and I would absolutely call Safeway again. Thank you Evan!
