I lost my truck key today and had to call a locksmith — Eddie came out and he was absolutely phenomenal. From start to finish he was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He showed up quickly, explained everything clearly, and had me back on the road in no time.

You can tell Eddie truly knows his craft and actually cares about helping people. What could’ve been a stressful situation turned into a smooth, easy experience because of him. If you ever need a locksmith, ask for Eddie — I couldn’t recommend him more highly!

Their associate that came out claimed not have spoken to my friend. He said that it was a charge to give an estimate for the vehicle, but never said that over the phone. (Which was the point of calling around.) He claimed it was $120 for the estimate, he was hostile. And then he blindsided her with a $220 at first, but, when I asked for a receipt, he added "state tax" after.

This company is not honest or worth your hard earned money. Their technicians are rude and as women, we did not feel safe with his initial aggression, which was the reason I accompanied her for the rest of his visit.
