I understand my interaction is likely not the same with everyone but their third-party mobile locksmith service is extremely unreliable and quiet frankly, not worth your time.

I called in the morning to schedule a 4:30 PM appointment, and even confirmed again at 2 PM that we were still good to go — they said yes. At 4:45 PM, I followed up for an ETA and got no response. By 5:45 PM, I had to call them, and when the technician finally answered, he told me to call another number to confirm. I called that number twice — straight to voicemail.

When I called the technician back, he had the nerve to ask what the issue was again, then said he’d call me right back. Never heard from him again.

Terrible communication and completely unreliable service. Save yourself the headache and call someone else or tell KeyMe to use another 3rd party mobile locksmith

Some difficulty getting the bluetooth connection, so I called tech support. The remedy was to delete the app and reinstall, and allow the precise location request. If this had been in the instructions then I would not have called tech.

They should just do the best job they can and not offer the best job for premium price.
