Worst customer service ever! Locked out of my car and called at 11:11pm. Was told to wait 10-20 minutes for a call from tech. 40 minutes passed with no call. I called back and was informed “I’m sorry, we won’t have a technician until 8 AM. Terrible customer service. Do not recommend unless you want your time wasted.
This was easy, convenient, but most importantly, the keys worked when I got home. I only wish there were a few more choices available that I could receive immediately, but I understand it has to be limited.
I’ve been hesitating to make copies of my keys but the KeyMe kiosk made it super easy. The whole process took maybe a couple of minutes. You get a variety of designs to choose from. And the key works perfectly.
I am extremely disappointed by experience mostly from a cost perspective. $10 for a basic key is outrageous AND you have to pay extra if you want it "finished" or buffed after the key is cut. Don't do it.
called to inquire about service to program a key fob for my vehicle. Explained that I was running errands in Frisco and would stop by; if they are able to perform the service. Representative explained that they were a mobile service and would need an exact location. I explained that I could provide an exact location... the representative hung up in my face. I had every intention of using the service. However, I will look elsewhere. If the situation was not conducive for either party, we could have agreed on that in a professional manner.
