Emily was polite sympathetic to my situation and got me set up with an appointment quickly.

Elijah showed up a bit earlier than expected (thanks!) and got me into my truck quickly. He even offered to help jump my dead battery since I left the key in the ignition in the On position but I had other people that helped me out with that. It was a kind gesture and I appreciate him offering to go above and beyond just getting my door unlocked.

Given the circumstances, I had positive interactions with both of the people I encountered, I would recommend them to other people and would call them again if I ever needed the service.

Very impressed by the service by the tech. Remington. A prompt, and professional iresponse to make a key for my mother's 2005 Mercury. He was even able to jump the car when realized the battery was dead. My mother has been anxious for a month trying to find her lost key. From the time I called Secure Locksmith, he was here and gone within an hour. Was able to even make a second key for me. Thank you.

Emily was sooo sweet and made me feel like a priority. Ethan, the guy that came out, spent a lot of time trying to make sure he had checked everything he could!! Realized it was the Fob and got us a new one ordered. Ethan made us feel like a friend, he wasn’t gonna leave with no answers for us. AND HE WAS RIGHT!!! Dustin, the other guy that brought the fob and programmed it when it came in was just a nice!! Definitely was a very pleasant experience and will HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

When I placed a call for rekeying my doors I asked the dispatcher for a rough estimate? She told me that she had no idea as she was not familiar with the pricing also informed me that the tech would let me know. I didn't think too much of it so I proceeded with my service appointment...Long story short I was not prepared for a $500 plus bill! The tech really worked with me and help get the bill down for a more reasonable rate. Overall satisfied with the service the Tech provided!
