One of the fastest, most reliable, most affordable, most accommodating, most friendly, least hassle businesses around, year after year - I love this place! Today I called because my Airbnb guest couldn't lock the keyless entry deadbolt upon checkout and a new guest was arriving in three hours! James called Marcus, who arrived within 30 minutes - while my cleaners were still there - to adjust the strike plate. The problem was resolved immediately, without worry. No kidding, y’all! This really happened! The key lanyard to our RV, which is usually worn around my neck, was left on the front seat when we walked outside to setup our University of Florida Tailgate RV Site for the Gator Game; Our dog, who was inside the RV, jumped up on the seat and sat on the fob- LOCKING us out of our RV!!!!
