I had just gotten home when I got out of my car to let my dog out. In the 5 seconds I was out of my car and walking to let her out, she jumped up on the door and locked herself in. With my purse inside which had my car keys, my spare key, and my house key. I called in a panic. The Key Experts were the only company out of the 6 that I called who agreed to drive out to my home in Trenton from Gainesville. Brandon was the tech they dispatched to take the over an hour drive out to us. I was stressed and feeling extremely guilty. Both Brandon and his boss took my calls with grace and empathy. I was actively in tears and they did not belittle me or make me feel inconvenient like some other companies I called did. As Brandon was driving to me, he also informed me that non emergency services may service me quicker. He said if emergency services took too long or they declined for whatever reason he would be on standby for me. Emergency services came out and freed my Juno from the car. Even though I did not actually get to meet Brandon or his boss, their kindness and advice helped save Juno, and the groceries I also had sitting in my car. In the event I ever need lock services again, they will be the first I call due to their customer service and integrity. The quote they gave me for an over 2 hour round trip was also extremely reasonable and I would have paid in a heartbeat if timing wasn’t as much of an issue, something completely out of their control. Enrique was AWESOME!!! I needed a new key fob and he was right on it. He drove 1 hour to Palatka, Fl. He kept in constant communication and arrived earlier than the appointment. He did a very very professional job. He not only programed a new key ,fob (2017 Honda Accord) but also made the emergency key in his truck. He made sure I was happy with the results! I highly recommend him. If you feel you may be too far out of his Gainesville shop...give him a call. He is ready to accommodate.
