The locksmith that came to my house did the job that was required out of him, but just double the quote to I received over the phone to $120 to open a $10 home depot door knob. No explanation for the grade of difficulty or any other excuse, just because I needed to get in the room after seeing my travel bags. I won't use their services again, not I would recommend them.

I called at 9am 3/12/19 to confirm they would be coming and the guy said yes we have a guy going. It’s 11 am now an hour late and no call or a text, nothing at all, this is very unprofessional. At least let the customer know you’re behind on schedule or on the way don’t lie and say something that isn’t true. That’s not good dignity.
