The locksmith that came to my house did the job that was required out of him, but just double the quote to I received over the phone to $120 to open a $10 home depot door knob. No explanation for the grade of difficulty or any other excuse, just because I needed to get in the room after seeing my travel bags. I won't use their services again, not I would recommend them.
I called in 3/20/19 to schedule an appointment for the following day for 10am and they confirmed they would be here. I called at 9am 3/12/19 to confirm they would be coming and the guy said yes we have a guy going. It’s 11 am now an hour late and no call or a text, nothing at all, this is very unprofessional. At least let the customer know you’re behind on schedule or on the way don’t lie and say something that isn’t true. That’s not good dignity.
I called they told me about 10 minutes to come to my house since I live very close to their shop. More than One hours later came the guy came in estimate to open the door for $225. I don’t believe they charge so expensive than on the phone they told me. I’m not recommended to use this locksmith.
I am extremely happy with the service. Shawn was very friendly and professional. He comes even on a Sunday! Price is so much more reasonable than other locksmiths. He finished the job in just about 30 mins! Super satisfied, highly recommended!!
