Juan came to my house and made me a key for my new Cadillac at a great price, after calling many places finally KJ locksmith got me right, many of them couldn’t work with my vehicle because is new. But for this company that wasn’t a problem, highly recommend if you are in Dallas

TECHNICIAN NAME IS JOSE (I SEE HE HAS QUITE A RECORD ON THESE REVIEWS) 12 pm november 20th I called an hour or so ago like at 10:50sh am. Mind you this is the 2nd place I call for a locksmith cause I needed it done fast preferably which I highlighted over the phone when I reached out to the company. The guy reassured me saying their technician was 15 min away and even the tech himself said he just had to accept payment and be on his way . 1 HOUR LATER he arrives looks at my ROOM DOOR adds up some numbers for show on his calculator app . QUOTES ME 200 plus if he had to use his drill on the door knob then its another $70 . I told him forget all that cause i was under the impression that this was an $80 job by other locksmiths on the phone . Kindly told him I dont want the service based off the whole miscommunication and THE AUDACITY OF THIS MAN to stand in my living room not budging or wanting to leave the house when they guy on the property deed is telling you so . WE LIVE IN TEXAS A STAND YOUR GROUND PLACE. JOSE was not wanting to leave adamant on his $50 service fee for showing up even tho that wasn't disclosed on any phone calls at all. Stood in my living room going back and forth with me in front of my family. THE EXTREME EXTREME LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM FROM THIS EMPLOYEE IS BAFFLING. Literally trying to intimidate me by not moving at all when asked for minutes trying to HUSTLE ME FOR A ROOM DOOR UNLOCK . Gives off hella MAL PRACTICE FROM BOTH THE COMPANY AND INDIVIDUAL. I then helped jose out of my house by grabbing his tools bag and throwing it outside since it seems like he does this REGULARLY to all his clients and was not wanting to take a no and a polite leave my house I no longer want the half assed untimely lack of professionalism mediocre service. Right after that he full body weight tried dropping me to the ground but instead slammed me against my door since im in sandals . ALL ON VIDEO CAUSE I HAVE CAMERAS ?? then proceeded to flinch 3x time right after that push thinking I was going to do something to him but im a grown Adult and know how to carry myself . Never did I think I was going to have several physical altercations with a locksmith. If you are a woman or someone who looks like they have money / a good job do not disclose that or call these people YOU WILL BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!!!
