Fast and reliable service! My remote car key completely malfunctioned, and I was unable to start the car. Brian and his wife showed me the replacement remote key, gave me a reasonable quote, and reprogrammed it within 20-30 minutes. Extremely professional, courteous, and honest. Definitely recommend!
Absolute shit show . Tried acting like my dodge Durango key was some kind of Ferrari special order that “ couldn’t be done on site blah blah blah “ woman on the phone was rude and ignorant the entire conversation and then never even called me back to give me a price lol went down the steeet to their competitor . 185$ out the door with the KEY I NEEDED . No “ special ordering “ required .( mind you they claimed I had to just pay for two keys , the “ now “ key and then they key I ac to ally needed )
The husband and wife team are so polite. The locksmith really knows his stuff and he’s honest. I’ve been using them for over 10 years for house, cars, trucks and motorcycles in the company business. A new locksmith opened up in liberty Hill and I use them to keep from driving to Cedar Park. Big, big mistake. Their price was More than twice as much as Cedar Park charges. I will not make that mistake again.
