Service was fast and efficient
My first complaint was with the first phone call. I don’t feel like there was a lot of transparency regarding the pricing.
Dispatching was smooth, and I give credit regarding that. The technician did call me and update me more than once.
I thought there was a set price when the technician came out and there was another price hike at the end.
Overall, the quality of work is great. But the lack of transparency from my perspective was not there. I know getting a new key is an investment and I’m blessed they were able to accommodate me. But from 400 to 700 was a big price difference to me.

Jess with Juniper Property Solutions was very helpful. Came on time and fixed the problem fast and even went out of his way to buy a battery that we needed and reinstalled it because we did not have the right tools. I appreciate his help and he did a good job!
