My first complaint was with the first phone call. I don’t feel like there was a lot of transparency regarding the pricing.

Dispatching was smooth, and I give credit regarding that. The technician did call me and update me more than once.

I thought there was a set price when the technician came out and there was another price hike at the end.

Overall, the quality of work is great. But the lack of transparency from my perspective was not there. I know getting a new key is an investment and I’m blessed they were able to accommodate me. But from 400 to 700 was a big price difference to me.

Quoted me 70$ on the phone and then the tech wanted to charge me 175$. I had to talk to the nasty dispatcher for full 3 minutes before she gave me a price. Hmmm, wonder why? Not to mention every single person was unpleasant from the dispatcher to the technician who didn’t come for 3 hours without any updates. He didn’t damage my car so I guess that’s something. 2 stars for that. Once he got here he was fast. 100% do not recommend. Super shady customer dealings.
