First, I called him and told him never mind I didn’t need him and he said he was 10 minutes away. It was after hours. He arrived and I ended up not needing him. I told him I would pay his gas for coming out. He told me he was charging me 165.00. I told him that was ridiculous and he said that’s what it is. First, he had no company vehicle that showed what his company was. I had no idea if he had tools. I paid it because I was a bit nervous.Don’t call this company. Then I tried to call on Monday to talk to the owner and got nothing. Didn’t even answer their phone and no answer service.
I called and they were at my house within the hour, ready to work! They replaced my front door locks with a much more secure and durable option, and got everything done quickly and professionally. Issac was fantastic — he walked me through how the new lock works, explained the lifetime warranty, and made sure I knew how to reach him with any questions. Great service all around. I’m very happy with the experience!!
