My granddaughter‘s purse was stolen with her car and unfortunately spare car key in it. She was marooned in a parking lot so when I got there, we called Chris. Though he was on another call at the time he gave us a precise time that he would meet us in the parking lotWe grabbed a quick dinner, turned around and went back to the parking lot where Chris showed up exactly on time, opened the car made, two new keys at what I feel was an extremely reasonable price. Such a valuable service! Chris was extremely courteous and professional. I highly highly recommend him
It was a very good experience. I needed two cylinders rekeyed. Probably routine for them, but after working with Modern Hardware unsuccessfully (including costs for unneeded parts) I was very pleased they were able to do what needed to be done. It was done quickly, at a good price and with a attitude of wanting to help. I highly recommend Boston Square Lock & Key!

Great experience with rekeying all our home locks after we bought our house in Grand Rapids. Quick response from the phone service and technician arrived on schedule. Also has them repair the front door latch that broke soon after we moved in. So glad they make house calls.
