Christopher was fantastic at opening a large early 1900's safe that was locked with no combination! He also set a new combination. The artwork and details on the inside are outstanding. The entire Hoogerhyde team took such good care of us. Mike in sales did an excellent job walking my wife and I through all the available options based on size and budget constraints. The two installers Matt and Daniel came out on the coldest day of the year (sub-zero temps) and within an hour they had the 800-lb safe unloaded, moved down a narrow stairway, and installed in our basement with limited headroom. Before they left, they walked us through all the operating instructions for changing the codes/battery. Very clean install and very courteous, cheerful, and professional staff. We are extremely happy with Hoogerhyde and will highly recommend them to anyone in West MI.
