The entire Hoogerhyde team took such good care of us. Mike in sales did an excellent job walking my wife and I through all the available options based on size and budget constraints. The two installers Matt and Daniel came out on the coldest day of the year (sub-zero temps) and within an hour they had the 800-lb safe unloaded, moved down a narrow stairway, and installed in our basement with limited headroom. Before they left, they walked us through all the operating instructions for changing the codes/battery. Very clean install and very courteous, cheerful, and professional staff. We are extremely happy with Hoogerhyde and will highly recommend them to anyone in West MI.
