Keys made by you did not work properly. Had Keys made elsewhere that used blank SC1 and they preformed perfectly, Keys made by you used blank SC19.

I set the unit to make 4 keys but after the 1st key I realized I took the wrong key off my key chain to copy, that key is no longer used so had to toss them out. The unit works great have used before but would be nice to have a stop button in a situation like this so could have got a refund on the 2 keys that did not cut or start to cut yet. But that was all my fault, the unit works great and is vary convenient, will use again.

Scam company. They go by key me and 24 hour locksmith service, locksmith now, but it's one guy holding multiple puppets. Don't be fooled. They tricked my partner into paying 376 dollars to jimmy our locked garage door. Guy couldn't pick the lock and had to use a screwdriver to jimmy it open and bend the lock jam, and then bend it back. Charged an emergency fee even though we never said it was and they never asked. After he was finished she saw the charge, that was texted to her and essentially pressured into paying while guy sat out in the cold. Despicable people.

Keys are awesome. The flashing lights on the kiosk are not awesome. In fact they suck and I moved into the next aisle to avoid them as they were flashing while making my keys.

New key had sharp edges. You shouldn't have to pay more for a better cut. Just have the good cut and charge more.

Nice process. At $5 per key seemed a little pricey but doable. Keys come out a little edgy so needed to sand them a little afterward. Never got the free one after selecting 2 keys to be made is my only disappointment.
