Great experience quick and easy I don't even remember the nice gentleman's name it was that quick I had locked my keys in my car overnight he was here early two minutes before he was supposed to arrive and gave him a little tip for such quick response awesome job
Great dude! Showed up within a half hour very fairly priced, great communication, very friendly and most importantly he came on a Sunday after 5pm AND no damage done to my vehicle, may be a shitbox pick up but it still got the same respect as a high end car.
exceptionally unproffesional experience: Just to get a car key fob; Was prompt to reply to call at first, but then ghosted us many times through the process blaming phone issues even though he plainly forgot we existed multiple times. Ordered the wrong key fob, whole process took ages and was frustrating. On top of that, got sidewinded by having to pay dealership level prices anyway and still only got the key fob and not the key.
Highly recommend!!! Andy came over in 20 mins. My keys were in the ignition with my car running. He put the airbag in my door and opened my car window with absolutely no scratches or paint removal, like other locksmiths. Highly recommend!!
Andy was friendly, professional, efficient and successful in opening my locked car after I left my keys in the middle console. I was on my way in 20 minutes from call to pulling out of the parking lot. Great value!
