Reviews highlight an easy, well-guided kiosk process and quick results. Several customers note convenience and successful automotive key orders. A recurring theme is that pricing for basic keys feels higher than hardware store rates, and some mention added costs for options like deburring. Overall sentiment trends positive on ease of use, with mixed views on price.
Needed a key made and put it off for a while, when I saw the kiosk I decided to try it . Quick and easy- I just think it’s expensive for one key
The machine was easy to use.I purchased an automotive key, and it saved me hundreds of dollars. The key I purchased came fairly quick and worked perfectly! I wish it had the lock and unlock buttons but that’s still okay for the price! The engine cranks and the doors unlock!Really happy with my purchase!
The computerized process was really simple. Step by step prompt was seamless. The price however was way too expensive for a basic key. I bought 2 keys and my bill was $13.00. They tried to trick me and say I earned a free 3rd key. Well for $13.00 that's the least thetly could do.
This awesome amazing way of making keys was so easy and so convenient!! They even gave a great deal when you couldn't afford the full price which was great!! I would have loved a little bit cheaper for the standard keys however overall a great deal especially being I haven't made keys in a very long time so I'm sure with the economy it just went up!!
I understand that convenience comes at a cost resulting in a much higher cost than keys made at hardware stores. The option to pay an additional $3 to debur the key is totally unreasonable and should be part of the key making process.
