I was on the phone translating for my mother and I personally witnessed a very concerning price change that felt like a blatant scam to me. We were initially quoted $350 for a key with a remote, but as soon as I asked for clarification, the price was suddenly hiked to 450. Even a simple key without a remote was 100, which was already overpriced in my opinion. This unexplained $100 jump felt like a predatory attempt to take advantage of us. It felt incredibly dishonest, unprofessional, and low to try and squeeze more money out of people who are just trying to get a fair price. We chose not to proceed because of this place's suspicious pricing. Please be extremely careful and get a fixed price before purchasing or letting them start any work.I am 100% certain this is the correct business. My mother was onsite with your technician, Sam, for a 2021 Toyota Camry key in late December. I was the translator on the phone when the price jumped from 350 to 450 mid-job. I would like to change my review my battery died on and my fob less than three months when I got it changed here and when I did my research and took the old battery out that they put in that they said it was new. It was a CR2025 When my key fob was supposed to be a CR2032 Big difference and when I open the key fob and change the battery myself, the battery they put in looked old. This is the only reason why I’m changing my review. I will definitely not be going back. I will be changing my battery myself from here on out.
