We had a great experience with Bob's Towing following a recommendation to use them from Ken of Revving Again. The dispatcher was pleasant and made sure the vehicle issues and location were accurate and gave us a meet time at our vehicle. She did call back and let us know the time would be delayed 30 minutes. The tow truck arrived at the exact time and we were quickly hooked up and on our way. The driver was friendly and efficient. The price was very reasonable and we would recommend them to anyone needing a tow.
The most aggressive tow truck driver I’ve ever seen. Driving a flatbed on Friday, January 23. Almost ran me off the road at the expense of not letting someone merge out of an ending lane. You would think they would inform and emphasize to their team to drive defensively. Can only imagine the quality of service that would be received from someone who would drive a company vehicle like that.
Most amazing driver! Super helpful and friendly. I was really stressed about my car breaking down at the side of the highway in the snowstorm but the loveliest driver (I didn’t catch his name) helped us out and took so much stress off! He was a great guy! Thanks!
We didn’t end up using his services, as CAA showed up after nearly 3.5 hours just after we called. We will be keeping bobs number on hand because the prompt, friendly and efficient service we received was amazing. Highly recommend.Update: CAA cancelled on us right as they were supposed to be arriving. We called Bons Towing back and they had a guy out to us in 15 minutes!!
I locked my keys in my car and called for service. Was told it would be 30 minutes until they arrive but they got there in 10 minutes. Felt embarrassed about the situation but was greeted with only kindest and understanding, and the service itself was done within one minute. Highly recommended coming here with any vehicle problem.
