Richard, the tech I dealt with did a super job in diagnosing the problem with my 2008 Mercedes Benz GL remote key fob. (I used old Dollar Store batteries) I was almost convinced that I would have to buy a new fob from MB at about $1K tax in. ( Few get out the door at MB for less than $1k so I was not surprised at their quote, having dealt with a number of MB dealerships over the 15 years I have owned the vehicle.) Richard charged me $20 + tax. Made my day!!!

I had a nightmare with a locksmith called Keyfoby—they just copied a blank motorcycle key that didn’t work at all and then tried to blame my ignition and key. Total scam. Luckily, the Honda dealership recommended About Town Lock & Key, and they absolutely delivered. Not only did they fix the key Keyfoby ruined, but they also made me two brand new copies. Their prices are extremely affordable, the team is super professional, and they know exactly what they’re doing. I’m done wasting time and money with anyone else—About Town Lock & Key is my go-to from now on. Highly recommend!

Hello everyone! I would like to post this review. About a week ago, I have lost my car keys at work, and could not find them anywhere. I also asked security many times if someone handed them in. No luck!! So I decided to call ABOUT TOWN LOCK AND KEY. Reception set me up with a locksmith. His name is Richard. He called me up and I told him about my dilemma. I also told him I couldn't do it until payday Thursday. He asked if it has a remote, I said yes. He gave me two best options. I went with the cheaper option. We agreed. Thursday came along and Richard calls me. I told him I was already on my way to the car. He met me there. Richard set to work right away, and had what he needed with him in the company truck. I was very very impressed with Richard. He was friendly, very professional and very knowledgeable. He completed the job in about an hour. I thought it would take longer. He advised me I can get a key fob anytime and get it set up through him. The price was very Reasonable, the service High Quality and Knowledgeable. I recommend Richard from ABOUT TOWN LOCK AND KEY any day. Thank you so much Richard!
